Menus for Hotels, 2019-2021

Brief: To design menus for Camden Hotel, St Leonards Tavern, Suriya Thai and The Sussex Hotel. Each design had to match the style and mood of the venue while looking appetising to its target audience. I started by researching my audience, what styles appealed to them and what food was being served. This information helped me develop unique menu designs for each Hotel.
